Ilaria Ratti Salvioni
Ilaria Ratti Salvioni è un'artista svizzera nata a Lugano che dal 2008 vive a Dubai. Dipinge fin dall'infanzia e da oltre dieci anni si dedica professionalmente alla propria ricerca artistica. La sua pittura astratta ed espressionista si distingue per la forte energia cromatica e spirituale, costruita attraverso stratificazioni di colore, gesto intuitivo ed emozione.
Oltre a mostre locali a Dubai e in Medio Oriente, nel corso della sua carriera ha esposto in importanti contesti internazionali tra cui Venezia, la Biennale di Sanremo, New York City, Washington DC, Miami Art Basel, Lugano, Locarno, Milano Brera, Milano Art Luxury Gallery, il Museo d'Arte e Scienza di Milano, Londra presso New Earth Gallery e Overstory New Art Gallery, oltre a eventi privati VIP dedicati a collezionisti e vendite.
A New York ha presentato una mostra personale presso Artifact Gallery con proiezione delle sue opere a Times Square. Ha inoltre partecipato a New York Art Expo e al progetto "The Eye Project" durante la New York Fashion Week.
Collabora con The Soul Club by Ashri, con cui ha creato una linea di kimono, abiti e yoga wear realizzati con le riproduzioni delle sue opere. Inoltre collabora con una startup di design contemporaneo, dove vengono realizzate sneakers utilizzando gli originali e i pattern delle sue tele, unendo arte e fashion in progetti innovativi.
Nel 2025 ha realizzato live painting a Lugano e una performance artistica per il Forum della Pace di Lugano, rafforzando il legame tra arte, spiritualità e messaggio sociale.
Le sue opere vengono create dopo pratiche di meditazione ad alta frequenza e nascono da un percorso spirituale sviluppato nel corso di oltre vent'anni di studio e ricerca personale attraverso maestri indiani che frequenta regolarmente. La sua arte ha l'obiettivo di elevare energeticamente sia lo spazio in cui viene collocata sia il collezionista che la vive, trasformando il dipinto in un'esperienza vibrazionale ed emotiva. Molte delle frequenze e delle energie presenti nelle sue opere vengono infatti percepite e canalizzate durante il processo creativo.
Uno dei suoi più importanti traguardi recenti è stato il riconoscimento ricevuto a New York dal MAD Museum of Art and Design, dove il suo coefficiente artistico è stato aumentato e il suo lavoro inserito nei cataloghi internazionali "Artists 2026" e "50 Contemporary Art Icons 2026", consacrandola tra gli artisti contemporanei selezionati nel panorama internazionale.
Tra i premi ricevuti figurano il Premio alla Carriera 2023 al Teatro Ariston di Sanremo, il Leaders Protagonists of Art Washington DC 2024, l'Art Diamond 2024 presso il Museo Diocesano Gonzaga di Mantova e The New Protagonists of Arts 2025 a Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
Il suo lavoro è stato pubblicato tre volte su Vogue UK, Vanity Fair UK e House &Garden UK, oltre che in numerosi cataloghi e pubblicazioni internazionali di prestigio, tra cui il CAM – Catalogo dell'Arte Moderna, Editoriale Giorgio Mondadori, edizione 2027.
Parallelamente alla pittura, ha creato "Abstract Angels", il suo progetto di art merchandising che unisce arte, moda e spiritualità. Le collezioni nascono da dettagli delle sue opere astratte trasformati in ali d'angelo e applicati su capi e oggetti dal forte impatto visivo ed emozionale. Le creazioni sono disponibili online e includono hoodie, t-shirt, borse, tote bag in cotone e cotone organico, tazze e una selezione di pezzi originali, estroversi e ricchi di personalità, pensati per portare l'arte nella vita quotidiana in una forma contemporanea, spirituale e accessibile.
Ha recentemente portato a compimento la sua prima opera di Art Landscape, "Wishing Tree", inaugurando una nuova fase della propria ricerca artistica. Quest'opera amplia la sua visione creativa oltre la tela, fondendo arte, natura e spiritualità in un'esperienza immersiva e contemplativa.
Ilaria Ratti Salvioni is a Swiss artist born in Lugano who has been living in Dubai since 2008. She has been painting since childhood and has dedicated herself professionally to her artistic research for more than ten years. Her abstract and expressionist painting is distinguished by its strong chromatic and spiritual energy, built through layers of color, intuitive gesture, and emotion.
In addition to local exhibitions in Dubai and throughout the Middle East, she has exhibited in major international venues throughout her career, including Venice, the Sanremo Biennale, New York City, Washington, DC, Miami Art Basel, Lugano, Locarno, Milan Brera, Milan Art Luxury Gallery, the Museum of Art and Science in Milan, and in London at New Earth Gallery and Overstory New Art Gallery, as well as private VIP events dedicated to collectors and sales.
In New York, she presented a solo exhibition at Artifact Gallery, accompanied by a projection of her artworks in Times Square. She also participated in New York Art Expo and in "The Eye Project" during New York Fashion Week.
She collaborates with The Soul Club by Ashri, with whom she created a collection of kimonos, dresses, and yoga wear featuring reproductions of her artworks. She also collaborates with a contemporary design startup that creates sneakers using original artworks and patterns derived from her canvases, merging art and fashion in innovative projects.
In 2025, she performed live painting sessions in Lugano and created an artistic performance for the Lugano Peace Forum, further strengthening the connection between art, spirituality, and social message.
Her works are created following high-frequency meditation practices and emerge from a spiritual path developed through more than twenty years of study and personal research with Indian masters whom she regularly follows. Her art aims to energetically elevate both the space in which it is placed and the collector who experiences it, transforming the painting into a vibrational and emotional experience. Many of the frequencies and energies present in her works are perceived and channeled during the creative process itself.
One of her most significant recent achievements was the recognition she received in New York from the MAD Museum of Art and Design, where her artistic coefficient was increased and her work was included in the international catalogues "Artists 2026" and "50 Contemporary Art Icons 2026," establishing her among the selected contemporary artists on the international scene.
Among the awards she has received are the Career Achievement Award 2023 at the Ariston Theatre in Sanremo, Leaders Protagonists of Art Washington DC 2024, the Art Diamond 2024 at the Gonzaga Diocesan Museum in Mantua, and The New Protagonists of Arts 2025 in Saint-Paul-de-Vence.
Her work has been featured three times in Vogue UK, Vanity Fair UK, and House & Garden UK, as well as in numerous prestigious international catalogues and publications, including the CAM – Catalogue of Modern Art, Giorgio Mondadori Publishing, 2027 edition.
Alongside her painting practice, she created "Abstract Angels," her art merchandising project that combines art, fashion, and spirituality. The collections originate from details of her abstract works transformed into angel wings and applied to garments and objects with strong visual and emotional impact. The creations are available online and include hoodies, T-shirts, bags, organic and cotton tote bags, mugs, and a selection of original, extroverted, and personality-rich pieces designed to bring art into everyday life in a contemporary, spiritual, and accessible form.
She has recently completed her first Art Landscape work, "Wishing Tree," inaugurating a new phase in her artistic research. This work expands her creative vision beyond the canvas, blending art, nature, and spirituality into an immersive and contemplative experience.
